Jupiler Tauro Beer Advertising Illuminated Sign, Light Box Bar Decor, Mancave

This Jupiler Tauro LED illuminated Advertising Sign is a must-have for any man cave or bar. Measuring 41cm x 18cm, it is a fairly compact original piece of advertising bought from a French brocante market, dating from the 2000s. This will have been used in a French bistro or bar: it is in a very good condition. These were not for public sale they were only made for bars. This is quite lightweight at just 0.9kg and will date from between 2008-2012 as after this period the name changed to New Tauro. Jupiler Tauro was a Belgian beer. The beer was brewed in the Piedbœuf Brewery in Jupille-sur-Meuse, a district of Liège. Jupiler Tauro was launched at the end of 2008.  This was the first Jupiler beer with a high alcohol percentage. It was created because the demand gradually shifted from pilsner beers to specialty beers. Yet the expected success did not materialize. That is why the alcohol percentage was reduced back to 6.2% in March 2012. The name was changed to Jupiler New Tauro. This remains the heaviest beer in the Jupiler range.
This is in a good used condition and has a EU 2 pin plug, we have included an EU to UK adaptor as shown so it is ready to use straight away. If you are buying from outside the UK you may need a different adaptor (EU-USA  for example) - not included. This is for wall mounting as it has 2 holes for screws on the back. It is in full working order and would look great in a man cave or home bar. 
All the items we sell are used or vintage and will show signs of a previous life. This is part of their unique French shabby chic appeal. As such, if you are looking for something 'new' then this is probably not for you.
