This is a 24cm solid copper frying pan, saute pan or skillet with a solid brass handle and stainless steel lining. This is made by the professional copper pan makers 'Judge Inocuivre' of Belgium although it was bought at a traditional French brocante market. This copper frying pan is in a good used condition with some scratches inside from years of use and cleaning as you would expect from a pan probably used in a professional setting. This pan is quite deep at 7cm, is made from professional 1.5mm thick French copper and weighs a sturdy 1.95kg. This Belgium maker is renowned for heavy quality copperware. It is a used pan in a good used condition with a completely flat base which would be a great addition to any home or professional kitchen. NB; Copper pans do not work on induction hobs.
