Our own little piece of France

As the brocante season winds down, we've packed up our mobile home in Authuille and returned to the UK for the winter. It's that time of year when we pause our back-and-forth travels to the heart of the Somme Battlefields, a place that has become like a second home to us over the past decade.

We first discovered this peaceful village as campers more than 10 years ago and immediately fell in love with its tranquillity, the rich history that echoes through the land, and the welcoming people who call this area home. Over the years, our mobile home site has turned into a wonderful community, with a blend of British and French owners, many of whom have become great friends.

Now that we're back in the UK, we’ve got a storeroom bursting with unique vintage treasures! We're rolling up our sleeves and diving into an exciting winter of listing fresh stock to bring to our online stores in time for the busy December period.
