WW1 French Brass Antique Trench Art Vase, French Militaria Relic Shell (A132)

This listing is for a French WW1 brass shell case which is now a trench art vase. This lovely historical piece would make a great gift for a militaria collector. This was bought at a French market in the Somme region of France and has been lightly polished. This is a previously fired shell which is over 100 years old so it will show signs of its previous life and age including small dents, tarnishing marks and bumps as you would expect and part of its unique history. I buy all my stock in France from local markets and as such all the items I sell are used or vintage and will show signs of a previous life, in this case it is over 100 years old and has been fired. This is all part of their unique vintage/antique appeal. It is not always possible to show every minor scratch on a photo so if you are looking for new then these may not be for you.
