Vintage Le Creuset Tostador, 1950s Cast Iron Yellow Stove Top Health Grill (A29)

This is a Vintage Le Creuset Tostador health grill in Le Creuset Elysees Yellow. This rare vintage piece has Bakelite handles to both sides reducing heat transfer. and is made of cast iron and enamel, this makes for ease of cleaning. The slopped design allows excess juices to run down into the small recess at the bottom. This is a rare French piece of cookware designed by Raymond Loewy around 1957. This tostador is in a used condition as shown and in keeping with its 65+ years age, please see all pictures for a clear description and an honest reflection of this grill.
