Vintage French Shop Display Stand, Book Recipe Card Storage, Rotating Shop Stand

This is an original French vintage rotating shop display stand. This was for displaying small guide books in a French newsagent so would be ideal for recipe cards, books, seed packets in a shed, leaflets, as a prop and more. This is an ideal size for a counter top but could stand on a floor as well. It has an empty top sign section where you could add a laminate or plastic sign of your own, it would fix in with the clips as shown, in a similar way to how you mount a picture in a frame ; you slot your own sign in and then squeeze the clips to secure it. This is a fairly lightweight item; 1.4kg and is sold in a good, original condition with some light marks and signs of usage from its previous life in a shop. There is some rust to the metal stand and some small patches where the coating has chipped, as shown and usual for an item probably dating from around 1960s. This is an orange metal stand. Price includes free postage. This does not come apart so will be sent already assembled.
