Vintage 1960s Childs Camping Bed, French Suitcase Style Foldaway Bed Cot

This is a vintage 1960s/70s French suitcase style folding camping bed. This suitcase style folding bed is complete although in a fairly well worn condition with some fraying of the material as shown, this would ideally need replacing. The outer case is a bit scuffed but intact. This would be a good upcycling project as it does need some attention. The mattress is an old piece of foam, shown for display purposes only, this will not be included as it is old and a new piece of foam would be needed for hygiene reasons. This was bought from a French brocante market and would make an ideal camping bed for a small childs or as a spare bed in a home for a visiting grandchild perhaps. All my items are vintage or used so will show signs of a previous life. This is all part of their unique charm, however if you are after "new" then these may not be for you. .
