French Vintage Taxidermy Deer Head with Antlers, Stuffed Deer Head (C99)

This is a vintage French taxidermy Roe deer head with antlers, unusually, not on a mount giving it a more natural look. This taxidermy specimen was bought from a traditional French brocante market and is in a good used condition as shown in the photos. this is quite a large deer head which would make a great gift for a taxidermy collector or for the start of a collection. This would look great in any entrance hall or period room and could even be used as a quirky hat stand. All the items I sell are used or vintage and will show signs of a previous life which is part of their unique French shabby chic appeal.
