Red Metal French Fire Bucket, Round Base Seau D'Incendie Fire Bucket (B76)

This is a shabby chic vintage style French metal fire bucket with a rounded base with a handle. The handle on the base is to hold as you throw sand at a fire, giving you a good grip with both hands. These are the type of buckets found at petrol stations. This French Seau d'incendie (translates as fire bucket) was bought at a traditional French brocante market and is in a good used condition with only minor signs of wear, as shown. This bucket will not have a great deal of age and the incendie writing is a sticker, maybe 15-20 years old? It has many uses including as a fire bucket, perhaps outdoors by the BBQ, however, it would look great as an unusual hanging flower basket. This is watertight and holds approx 9- 10 litres.
