French Vintage Taxidermy Stuffed Animal, Weasel Pine Marten Stoat (B73)

This charming vintage French taxidermy animal (possibly a mink/pole cat/pine marten etc, not sure which, see pictures)  is a lovely example of craftsmanship and natural wildlife art. Displayed on a rustic wooden branch mount designed to be freestanding; this specimen has a lovely appeal with just the usual wear and deterioration to the ears, common with these type of vintage pieces.
Ideal for collectors or as a unique statement piece in any eclectic home, this taxidermy specimen not only serves as a conversation starter but also as a tribute to the art of vintage taxidermy. CONDITION - This taxidermy specimen was bought from a traditional French brocante market and is designed to be freestanding; it is in a good used condition for its 50+ year age as shown in the photos with the usual signs of wear and tear, very small nibbles to the ears and the usual musty smell from old taxidermy, passes with some airing.
