French Vintage Restaurant Terrine Press, Country Chic Ham Press, Pate Terrine Mould, 3 litre (B98)

This unusual piece of French vintage kitchenalia is a ham press or terrine pate press from a French restaurant made by Crezalu. This was bought from a traditional French brocante market and is used to press liquid out of ham or pate as part of the making process. The top is used to press down the meat in stages using the graduated heights on the brackets of the lid. These side handles are actually designed to be stood on in order to press down the lid as far as possible. This is made from aluminium and would look great in any farmhouse style kitchen or French restaurant, equally useful as a prop or for decoration. This is A USED ITEM IN A USED CONDITION with signs of its 50+ years in a French restaurant as shown in the pictures which form part of the description.
