French Vintage Enamel Planter, Flower Display, Antique Slipper Bed Pan (C27)

This is a vintage French enamel slipper style bed pan in white. This vintage antique item was originally a bed pan; these are now ideal to be repurposed as a garden planters or as flower displays as they have a flat back which sits well against a wall. These are widely collected for use in gardens, they would add a French vintage charm to any outdoor space. This enamel pot could also be used as a storage pot in a kitchen or bathroom. This is an old piece probably dating from between 1930s-1950s so it will show signs of age and wear, as you would expect and all adding to its charm. All the items I sell are bought from French brocante fairs and flea markets so are used or vintage. They will show signs of a previous life, this is part of their unique French shabby chic appeal.
