French Villedieu Copper Pans, 7 Piece Set with Brand New Tin Lining 6.4kg, 2mm thick (A96)

This is a stunning set of 7 French 2mm copper sauce pans with cast iron handles and now refurbished with brand new tin lining. This copper pan set has a polished finish, is a professional 2mm thick and has the renowned Villedieu makers stamp on each pan. Most French copper pan sets come as a set of 5 with straight sides. This beautiful set has all 7 pans with no dents and a fluted shape to each pan. The brand new hand wiped tin lining makes them long lasting and gives this set a "new to you" feel; you will be the first person to cook with this new lining. The new tin lining is traditionally applied using the age old hand wiping method, it is not machine applied electroplating and is ready to cook with straight away. Just to have set of 7 copper pans re-tinned would costs over £240.00. These weigh a substantial 6.4kg and were purchased at a French brocante market and would make a lovely addition to any kitchen. All the items I sell are used or vintage and will show signs of use which is part of their shabby chic/French appeal. As such it is not always possible to show every minor scratch on the photos so if you are looking 'new' this is probably not for you.
