Vintage French Copper Pan with Brand New Tin Lining, 2mm Copper Saucepan (B35)

This is a lovely 14cm French solid copper pan with a polished lightly hammered copper finish and brand new traditional hand wiped tin lining. The brand new hand wiped tin lining on this copper saucepan makes it long lasting and gives this pan a "new to you" feel; you will be the first person to cook with this new lining. The new tin lining is traditionally applied using the age old hand wiping method, it is not machine applied electroplating and is meant to have a more rustic appearance. This needs no preparation to use, it is ready to cook with straight away. Just to have a pan this size re-tinned would costs over £40.00. This copper pan is a professional 2mm thick copper pan with and has a cast iron handle and the Fabrication Francais stamp. There are a few light surface scratches on the outer base from its time in a French home or restaurant. This was purchased at a traditional French brocante market as is all our stock.
