French Salt Pig Traditional Ceramic Sel Pot, Salt Cellar, Kitchen Salt Pot (A87)

This is a traditional French salt crock also known as a salt pig or salt cellar which is a French brocante find bought from a traditional market in the north of France. This French sel pot has a lovely shabby chic feel and would look great in any French style, country style, farmhouse or vintage inspired kitchen. It is ceramic/porcelain and is in a good used condition as shown with no cracks or chips. It has the French word for salt (sel) on the front. We would imagine this dates from the 1980/90s by the style but it could be a little later. 
All our stock is either used, vintage or antique so will usually have signs of a previous life, as such, if you are looking for brand new, then this may not be for you.
