This is a French copper saute frying pan with a cast iron handle and a lovely, polished finish. This copper saute pan is in a good used condition as shown in the photos and its tin lining, whilst lightly used, is also in a good condition. This pan weighs 1.6kg, has the Fabrication Francais stamp on the side. It is a professional quality 1.5mm thick and was purchased at a French brocante market as is all my stock. .
