French 2mm Vintage Copper Pan, Splayed Copper Saucepan with Stainless Steel Lining (A99)

This is a French solid vintage copper pan with an iron handle, stainless steel lining, the Made in France stamp and a lovely, polished finish. This splayed copper saucepan is in a good used condition in keeping with its age. It has some signs of wear and a little warping to the shape and base from years of use in a professional kitchen, as such this would not be suitable for an Aga type hob where full flat contact is needed. The lining is stainless steel making it easy to clean and longer lasting than tin lined copperware. This sauce pan is made from professional 2mm thick French copper and weighs a hefty 2.3kg. This pan was purchased at a traditional French brocante market as is all my stock. All the items I sell are used or vintage and will show signs of a previous life.
