French Rustic Mustard and Salt Pots, Farmhouse Kitchen, Vintage Pot Jars, (A31)

This is a set of 2 traditional French mustard and salt pots with lids in a rustic vintage style with a tin plate on the front. The plaques read moutarde and sel (mustard and salt) . These vintage stoneware/ceramic jars have a lovely rustic feel and would look great in any French style, country style, farmhouse or vintage inspired kitchen. They are in good condition with no cracks, just a small chip on the inside lid, not visible as it is on the inside and usual for used pieces. I would imagine these date from the 1970s/80s by the style but it could be a little later. This set was bought at a traditional French brocante market, as is all my stock and will have signs of a previous life, as such, if you are looking for brand new, then this may not be for you.
