Vintage Shabby Chic Escargot Dish, Snail Serving Plate or Quails Egg Plate (C67)

This is a vintage style shabby chic escargot serving dish in the shape of a snail. This is made from a grey speckled colour ceramic stoneware and holds 12 escargots (snails). This could be used for serving cooked snails or they are often now used for quails egg dishes. This was purchased at a traditional French brocante market and would suit a retro style kitchen, farmhouse kitchen or would be great in a French restaurant or bistro.
