British WW1 Complete Inert 13 Pounder, Relic Militaria (A47)

This listing is for a complete inert WW1 British 13 pounder, the shrapnel shell complete with fuse and the brass shell case. This is over 100 years old and has been fired so will shows signs of impact damage and the brass shell case will have some tarnishing and dents as shown. This would make a great present for a militaria collector or for use as an unusual doorstop. This was bought at a French market in the Somme and has been painted and polished in the UK. These 13 pounders are far less common than the standard 18 pounders and hard to find as a complete piece. Check out the militaria section of my shop for 18 pounders also from WW1. The fuse has been secured to the shrapnel shell ; the shrapnel shell can be separated from the brass shell case. which will be the case for postage. I buy all my stock in France from local markets and as such all the items I sell are used or vintage and will show signs of a previous life. This is all part of their unique French shabby chic appeal. It is not always possible to show every minor scratch on a photo so if you are looking for new then these may not be for you. Any significant flaws are always highlighted in both photos and descriptions.
