2 French Porcelain Soup Bowls 300ml, Pair of Traditional Lion Head Potage Bowls (B96)

This is a set of 2 French traditional soup serving dishes with little lion head handles and the makers mark on the base of each one. These porcelain soup bowls were purchased at a traditional French brocante market and would suit a French style kitchen, farmhouse kitchen or would be great in a French restaurant or bistro. These are in a good used condition with no cracks or chips. The soups are Potage Germiny (Cream of Sorrel Soup) and Soupe Bourgignonne (Beef Burgundy Soup) and the recipe is written on the back of each bowl in French. All the items I sell are used or vintage and will show signs of a previous life. This is part of their unique French shabby chic appeal.
